Type of Coaching
1. Mental Coaching (examples being advice, habit building, plan and goal creation, venting, meditation guides, learning how to control your mind or thoughts, creating positive mindsets and helping you find purpose and direction in your life, reinforcing and teaching self love and self respect within the realm of your mind, managing emotions and feelings, navigating tough mental situations and times, etc.)
2. Physical Coaching (examples being creating healthy lifestyle habits and changes, plan and goal creation, advice, habit building, learning your body, learning how to find diets and workouts that best suit your body/mind/lifestyle, reinforcing and teaching self love and self respect within the realm of your body and physical self, learning how to accept who you are, self growth within your physical self, etc.)
3. Family Coaching (examples being facilitating healthy and strong family growth and bonds, navigating tough times in a family setting, learning how to be better parents or children, teaching how to accept and work with differences in family members, children struggling in schooling/life/household, parents struggling with their children/teens/young adults, etc.)
Scheduling
Sunday to Friday (12pm-2pm) - (4pm-6pm) - (8pm-10pm)
(Custom session times can be discussed if needed.)
Repeat session will be available Daily/Weekly/Monthly.
(if a session needs more time more time can be allowed. (depending on schedule of booked times))
